Memberships

Membership benefits are valid only when the named member is present during the reservation

Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated (corporate plans excluded)

Back 9 reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, hours, and availability with reasonable notice

Any material changes to membership structure or benefits will be communicated with at least 30 days notice

Material changes include, but are not limited to: pricing adjustments, changes to included hours or credits, access restrictions, or modifications to core membership benefits

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly

Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis after the initial term

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice submitted to Info@back9golf.com

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits

Memberships do not guarantee reservation availability or specific start times

Reservations are recommended in advance, especially during peak hours

Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time

Reservations and bay assignments may be adjusted as needed

Complimentary hours and credits:

• Designated hours: Sunday - Thursday: Open - Close | Friday - Saturday: Open - 2pm

• Apply only during designated member hours

• Do not roll over

• Are limited to one active reservation at a time unless otherwise stated

Discounts and benefits apply only as outlined in each membership tier

Membership benefits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated

Memberships are intended for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes without approval
